How to cope with uncertainty and anxiety, and go beyond Covid-19.

Welcome to our online program about "how to cope with uncertainty and anxiety, and go beyond Covid-19." This year has been extraordinary in many ways, and we have been challenged with change, uncertainty and loss. We can all do with some extra tools for navigating these unchartered times, and support.

This program will provide you with understanding, key coping strategies as well as a range of supports and resources. Part of the process will be being kind to yourself along the way, and enhancing your sense of wellbeing.

The program involves five modules for you to go through at your own pace. You might decide to go through them all at once, or do one a day or one a week. Whatever is right for you. Additional resources (meditation recordings and e-books) are also included.

We look forward to working with you, guiding you through the program and going beyond Covid-19 together.
